In Chinese folklore, there resides a legend that whispers of the Hare on the Moon, a noble creature bestowed a celestial abode by the benevolent Buddha himself.

Long ago the Hare in the Moon performed an act of unwavering selflessness. In a moment of divine devotion, it leapt into the flickering flames, offering its own being to protect a revered holy man. Touched by this act of boundless sacrifice, the Buddha raised the Hare to the heavens, adorning the moon with its radiant presence.

Now, for eternity's embrace, the Hare in the Moon resides beneath the boughs of an ethereal acacia tree, nestled in the silvery embrace of the Moon Goddess.
