So, how can we cultivate gratitude and abundance together?

1. Start Your Day with Thanks

Before even leaving your bed, think of three things you're grateful for. It could be as small as waking up warm or as big as the people you love.

3. Be Kind to Yourself

Don't forget to be thankful for you. Yes, you. Celebrate your efforts, no matter how small. Be gentle with yourself; it’s the foundation of true abundance.
